Day 1 : Agra: The wondrous Taj Mahal
We drive from Delhi or you are picked up from the Agra station. After visiting Sikandra - a pyramidal tomb of the greatest Mughal emperor Akbar we check into the hotel, later we visit the most adorable monument of the World- The Taj. We also visit the Agra Fort & Itmadullah. Overnight in Agra.
Day 02 : Jaipur: Mughal Supremacy, Rajasthani meal
We proceed westwards to the forbidden city of Akbar - Fatehpur Sikri and see the dream of Akbar in shape. Further we continue our journey to the Pink City. (We also have the option of visiting the Bird Sanctuary at Bharatpur - depending upon the time of the year). For the evening a spectacular folk dance and music with traditional Rajasthani dinner in a typical rural setting is kept in store for you. Over night at hotel.
Day 03 : Jaipur: Pink city tour, architectural genius
Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of PINK CITY (the city was colored pink in honour of the visit of the Prince of Wales in 1876). The tour includes visit to the Amber fort on an elephants back, city palace complex & the astronomical tower. Evening free for leisure or shopping and you have also have the option to drive up to Nahargarh fort and take a breathtaking view of sprawling Pink City getting red at sunset.
Day 04 : Delhi: royal farewell at a 15th century fort & palace
After breakfast & some leisure, we drive back towards Delhi stopping at the magnificent Neemrana fort & palace on the way. You have the option to have a memorable meal in the open terrace restaurant overlooking the Aravallis as the perfect finish to the tour. You are dropped to the airport / railway station for onward journey.
